Loving God

Leadership
A Biblical Model of Church Leadership: Throughout the New Testament principles of church leadership point to a central theme - You don't do it alone! As a church we run with Elders, Trustees, Deacons as well as inviting individuals to be part of the wider leadership team for specific roles and their gifting. Alongside this, we employ in line with our vision a Community Pastor with the responsibility to create, invest and lead community.
New Life Church is a ‘Charitable Incorporated Organisation’, which is a relatively new form of legal entity designed for non-profit organisations in the United Kingdom. The trustees are responsible for the governance of the charity, overseeing the legal & financial aspects of the church and ensuring that it operates in line with its charitable objects. The trustees (who are unpaid) have a wide range of relevant experience, fully embrace the vision of the church and work in close partnership with the Leadership Team.
